How FitDeck Works

1. Shuffle exercise cards
2. Insert cards into Card Holder
3. Draw a card and flip it over
4. Perform the exercise
5. Return card to back of deck
6. Draw next card and flip it over
7. Perform the exercise; repeat

FitDeck works by delivering 50 upper, middle, lower, and full body exercises in a random sequence as determined by your shuffle of the deck.

This randomness not only makes your workout fun, but also ensures that you are constantly recruiting muscles from different parts of your body. This is different from many other fitness programs that isolate particular muscles.

FitDeck exercises require no equipment, and strictly use your body weight to deliver great results. This develops what is known as functional fitness, and greatly enhances your coordination, flexibility, strength, and aerobic endurance.
