What forms of payment does FitDeck accept?

FitDeck Australia  accepts online payments via the PayPal payment system. PayPal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address send and receive online payments using their credit card or bank account. The advantages of using PayPal are:

  • Fast. Payments are made immediately;
  • Convenience. You can fund your payment using existing balance in your PayPal account, or by linking to your debit card, credit card or bank account; and
  • Security. Because PayPal NEVER shares your financial information with anyone, you can transact with greater confidence.

Setting up a PayPal account is simple. You should also undertake PayPal’s verification procedure, which involves verifying two small deposits (made by PayPal within 3 – 5 working days) into your nominated bank account. Verification aims to ensure that all transacting parties are who they say they are, thereby creating a safer community and it is all done in the interest of your own security. When do you charge my credit card?

All online credit card orders are charged upfront, at the time of the order. We do this to validate the order and to ensure that all stock is pre-purchased. Paying upfront also substantially reduces order processing time, and ensures that as a customer, all you need to do is sit back and wait for your delivery to arrive.

In the event we are unable to supply the ordered item a full refund will be offered.

Why do I need to provide my CVC?

The Card Verification Code (or CVC) is a number that appears on your credit card.

  • For Visa and Mastercard, this is the last 3 numbers as they appear on the signature panel on the back of the card.

We request this number as a means of verifying that the person placing the order has direct access to the credit card being used. As with all your credit card details, this number is encrypted using the latest technology before being sent over the internet. Your credit card details are removed from our on-line server within one minute of arriving – they are then stored on a separate secure server which is not accessible via the internet at all.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?

Yes, it is extremely safe.

When transacting via our secure server, your credit card and personal details are encrypted using the latest industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 Bit encryption technology before being sent over the internet. Your credit card number is removed from our on-line server within one minute of it arriving and is stored on a separate secure server which is not accessible via the internet at all.

How much do you charge for delivery & handling?

FitDeck delivers Australia Wide. For standard delivery we charge a flat freight and handling fee of $5.40 AUD for 2 or less FitDeck’s or $9.60 AUD for 3 or more regardless of how many items you purchase in a single transaction. Shipping pricing may change and therefore please confirm your shipping prior to you submitting you order.

FitDeck deliver across the country using  Australia Post’s standard postage service. Couriers can be requested after purchase by emailing info@fitdeck.com.au and letting us know of your invoice number. A FitDeck representative will then be in contact with you with further information.

How long does delivery take?

FitDeck Australia uses Australia Post to ship our products. If you live with Metro Melbourne, Syndey, Adelaide or Brisbane you will recieve your FitDeck product the next business day after payment has been confirmed. Shipping to Perth may take 3 or more business days to arrive after payment has been confirmed.

Do you accept international orders?

FitDeck Australia only ships to residents of Australia but have affiliate in many countries across the world.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

Deliveries to PO Box addresses may require some follow-up to ensure that the order is valid.  We may contact to confirm order details. Otherwise we are happy to sent to all PO Boxes
